Lettuce wraps are one of my favorite foods right now. Burgers in lettuce, tacos in lettuce, turkey lettuce wraps or just about any sandwich can be put in lettuce instead of on a bun or bread. I discovered this tuna wrap by accidentally putting avocado in a tuna salad that I was making and it turned out to be a yummy mistake. I don’t think I will ever make another version of tuna salad again.
This recipe is an easy one to follow, just mix the ingredients together and chill in the refrigerator. You can serve it on bread but I love it wrapped in greens.
I’ve been using Butter Lettuce the last few months but most collard greens or lettuce usually works for a wrap. What is your favorite kind of lettuce to use for a wrap?
