Toss the ingredients in the blender and quickly mix everything to make these easy crepes. I like to make them smaller than a traditional crepe and use like a taco shell. Fill with your favorite fruit or treats.
Cream Cheese Crepes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tsp allulose sweetener
OPTIONAL - Can serve with the following.

- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid.
- Use an electric skillet to cook crepes, pour about 1/4 cup or mixture to skillet. Cook first side and flip with a spatula to cook second side.
- Set aside until all mixture is used up.
- Serve with optional toppings - use crepe to create a wrap around toppings or stack the crepes like pancakes.
