Toss the ingredients in the blender and quickly mix everything to make these easy crepes.  I like to make them smaller than a traditional crepe and use like a taco shell.  Fill with your favorite fruit or treats.

Cream Cheese Crepes

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tsp allulose sweetener

OPTIONAL - Can serve with the following.

  • butter
  • berries
  • whip cream
  • syrup

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until liquid.
  • Use an electric skillet to cook crepes, pour about 1/4 cup or mixture to skillet. Cook first side and flip with a spatula to cook second side.
  • Set aside until all mixture is used up.
  • Serve with optional toppings - use crepe to create a wrap around toppings or stack the crepes like pancakes.
