Do you need an easy dessert that everyone is sure to love? This is it. The Fruit Pizza can be made in a variety of ways but this recipe is the most simple one that I can come up with for something you can throw together in no time.

Fruit Pizza - The Easy Way!

Ingredients

16.5oz package Sugar Cookie Dough - Refrigerated
16oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
4 cups Assorted Fresh Fruit - Sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.
Grease pizza pan or cookie sheet, press dough approx 1/4" thick into large circle on pan.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure the dough is cooked completely.
While the crust is baking mix cream cheese, sugared vanilla together until smooth. When crust is completely cool evenly spread mixture all over cookie.
Slice fresh fruit and arrange on top of cream cheese spread.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Cut in slices like a traditional pizza on in squares like brownies, either way it's a tasty treat!
