These keto chicken strips are healthy and not lacking any flavor. The recipe is simple to follow. Children have fun helping to dip the tenders and cover with ingredients too.
Children and adults love these chicken strips. For some variety try serving with different dipping sauces. The options are endless.

Keto Chicken Strips
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBSP Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and line a jelly roll pan with foil.
- Combine mayonnaise and sour cream in one bowl and set aside.
- Combine dry ingredients in another bowl and set aside.
- Coat each chicken strip by dipping in mayonnaise/sour cream mixture and then dip in bowl with dry ingredients. Try to cover all sides of the tender and place on foil lined pan. Repeat process until all tenders are covered.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve plain or with a dipping sauce.
