If you have been following along you already have the first 6 weeks of the keto dinner meal plan. A few weeks ago I shared how we modified our diets to incorporate the ketogenic way of eating. Understanding the numerous benefits of meal planning I decided to use the same process (every 2 weeks, instead of weekly) that I was using with the new keto friendly recipes. I’ve already shared the first 3 two week sections and now I’m sharing weeks 7 & 8 of the keto meal plan today. Each section includes meals, recipe links or references, grocery list and ideas to add your own breakfasts, lunches and snacks. The plan for weeks 1 & 2 is here – 3 & 4 is here – 5 & 6 is here.
Please be sure to check out the way that I meal plan so you are familiar with how this process works so you can easily follow along or even create your own plan using the same method. The meal plan includes 11 dinner options that you will schedule into your calendar over 2 weeks. There is 1 breakfast recipe that I like to make on the weekend and eat during the week. Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and snacks are included and you can decide what you want to make and add the appropriate items to the grocery list.
This is the Keto Meal Planning Guide for weeks 7 & 8. Click on the link for a printable version of the meals and grocery list. KETO Meal Plan Weeks 7 and 8 Grocery List

Be sure to follow along on Instagram for more detailed info on this meal planning process. My IG stories include tips and videos of what we are eating daily and new recipes as I discover or come up with them.
Weeks 1-6 can be found here and here and here. Now you have 8 complete weeks of keto dinner meals and corresponding grocery lists. I like to start over with weeks 1 & 2 at this point and reuse the 4 meal plans that I created for another 2 months of delicious dinners.
