Hi friends!  If you are a regular Intentional Edit reader you know that creating and maintaining systems that make life easier is a priority for me.  Meal planning is something I’ve been doing for many years – I have tested a number of meal planning strategies but the one that works best for us is a 2 week system, including recipes and the grocery list, that I can reuse over and over again.  I currently have four 2 week meal plans that I have been reusing for over a year.  That is 8 weeks of dinners with out repeating a recipe.  These dinner recipes are all low carb and keto friendly.  You can easily follow this meal planning system with your own recipes or try out mine.   Each 2 week section includes the list of meals, recipe links or references, grocery list and ideas to add your own breakfast, lunch and snacks.  The plan for weeks 1 & 2 is here – 3 & 4 is here – 5 & 6 is here and 7 & 8 is here.  Over the last few weeks I’ve been testing new recipes and am now sharing weeks 9 & 10.

Weeks 9 & 10

The meal plan includes 11 dinner options that you will schedule into your calendar over 2 weeks.  There is always a bonus of 1 breakfast recipe or treat that I like to make on the weekend and eat during the week or one night for dessert.  Plenty of options for breakfast, lunch and snacks are included and you can decide what you want to make and add the appropriate items to the grocery list.
