Tomato and Feta Frittata

Ingredients

7 Eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup Feta Crumbles
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup spinach
salt and pepper
2 TBSP basil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, crack eggs and whisk.
Add all ingredients to bowl except basil and stir thoroughly.
Grease a 8x8 baking dish and add egg mixture to dish.
Bake for 35-45 mins. Remove when cooked. Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
Cut, top with basil and serve.
